Responsibilities

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1-2 years of experience preferred
  • Good communication skills, both oral and written
  • Customer service orientation
  • Knowledge of office equipment and supplies
  • Competency in using PC terminals, telephones, copiers, and fax machines

Nice-to-haves

  • Business school or formal secretarial training
