Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls while maintaining a minimum of 93% availability in a call center environment.
- Greet patients and collect co-pays at the front desk.
- Schedule follow-up appointments and referrals.
- Support departmental clerical duties to ensure quality service.
- Provide timely and courteous assistance to patients.
Requirements
- 6 months of related experience in a medical or customer service environment.
- Accurate computer and keyboarding skills.
- Knowledge of age-related growth and development principles.
- Proficiency in operating telephones, PCs, printers, photo copiers, and fax machines.
Nice-to-haves
- Some medical background preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Human relations sensitivity and customer service skills.
