The Medical Receptionist/Social Media Manager position at Dallas Day Surgery of Texas is a full-time role that combines client communications, pipeline lead management, and social media content management. The ideal candidate will be a mature and organized individual who can effectively manage these responsibilities while collaborating with a small team of office members and receiving oversight from the practice physician. The candidate should possess qualities such as kindness, friendliness, teamwork, hard work, and organization. Basic Spanish language skills are preferred but not required. This role requires proficiency with modern office technology, including computers, smartphones (iPhones, iPads), phone systems, CRM software (Hubspot), Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), Electronic Health Records, and various social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook. The position offers a starting hourly wage of $18, with expected work hours from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, and an additional hour on weekends for lead and communications management. A performance-based bonus structure is also associated with this position. The contract is for one year, with the possibility of extension based on performance evaluations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage phone reception and new patient leads.

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in social media management.
  • 1 year of experience in customer service.
  • 1 year of experience using Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
  • 1 year of experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
  • Associate's degree required.
  • Basic knowledge of medical terminology.
  • Valid Driver's License required.
