• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure efficient clinic operations.
• Manage patient reservations and optimize patient satisfaction.
• Assist in scheduling specialist referrals for follow-up care.
• Answer and direct phone calls professionally and timely.
• Maintain an organized and tidy reception area.
• Perform various administrative duties such as photocopying and filing.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced environment.
