This position is essential in ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of service and care. As a Medical Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and scheduling patient appointments for our two full-time doctors, ensuring that the office runs smoothly and efficiently. In this role, you will be responsible for verifying insurance eligibility and processing patient payments, which are critical tasks that require attention to detail and accuracy. You will also inform patients about our services, including contact lenses and claims, ensuring they have all the necessary information to make informed decisions about their eye care. Maintaining a clean and organized work area is also part of your responsibilities, as it contributes to a professional environment that enhances patient experience. We are looking for someone who has experience working as a receptionist, possesses a friendly and engaging personality, and can work towards a common goal with minimal supervision. Requirements

  • Bilingual
  • Customer service experience (1 year preferred)
  • Medical office experience
