Responsibilities

  • Ensure the integrity of the patient medical record.
  • Provide clerical support and process signed and unsigned orders, 485's, and other key documents.
  • Ensure documents are saved to the patient medical record.

Requirements

  • Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must have demonstrated experience in the use of a computer, including typing and clerical skills.
  • Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.
  • Must possess a valid state driver license.
  • Must maintain automobile liability insurance as required by law.
  • Must maintain dependable transportation in good working condition.
  • Must be able to safely drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions.

Nice-to-haves

  • Six months experience in medical records in a health care office is highly preferred.
