Responsibilities
- Conduct face-to-face sales calls to establish and maintain relationships with doctors, hospitals, sleep labs, wound clinics, skilled nursing facilities, and home health agencies.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas.
- Educate clients and market Rotech's services, respiratory equipment, and medications to new prospects.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Requirements
- Four-year college degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in respiratory or medical sales is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain solid working relationships with internal and external customers.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing.
- Self-motivated with a proven history of success in sales.
