About the position

The Medical Sales and Marketing Representative at RELIVE Health is responsible for representing the brand while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality. This role involves effective communication with clients, managing leads, and ensuring client satisfaction through personalized wellness solutions. The representative will also be tasked with upselling services and treatments, educating clients on available options, and managing all communications through the Driply platform.

Responsibilities

• Providing an exceptional client experience by nurturing and closing leads in Driply, ensuring timely follow-up and responses.
• Marketing the brand by identifying upselling opportunities and meeting sales goals while showcasing the value of services offered.
• Possessing comprehensive knowledge of all services, products, and operating systems to answer client inquiries effectively.
• Performing administrative tasks to optimize scheduling and maximize revenue by utilizing provider time and treatment room resources efficiently.
• Ensuring client satisfaction by proactively addressing issues and collaborating with the team for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• High school diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• 1 year of general sales experience, preferably in the medical field, specifically in Hormone Replacement Therapy.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and multitask while achieving company objectives.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
