The Medical Sales Representative at Paragon 28, Inc. plays a crucial role in the training, sales, and support services of Paragon 28 products within the designated territory. This position requires a blend of clinical proficiency and business acumen to effectively cover orthopedic procedures and build strong customer relationships. The representative will be responsible for educating and informing sales representatives, doctors, nurses, and other relevant personnel about the proper use and maintenance of P28 products, ensuring that all stakeholders are well-informed and capable of utilizing the products effectively. In addition to education and relationship management, the Medical Sales Representative will facilitate the timely delivery of products to customers, ensuring that all orders are fulfilled efficiently. The role also involves managing and maintaining a sample inventory of products, which is essential for demonstrating the products to potential customers. The representative will be tasked with solving product-related problems for customers promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The position requires the representative to coordinate customer training sessions, aggressively solicit orders from both current and prospective customers, and adhere strictly to all laws and Paragon 28 policies regarding interactions with healthcare professionals, product handling, complaints, expense reporting, and sales activities. Regular communication with the Regional Sales Manager regarding territory progress is also a key responsibility. The representative will direct product evaluations in both operating room and office settings and is responsible for the successful completion of sales training. Other duties may be assigned as necessary to support the overall goals of the company.
