About the position

Classic Home Care, established in 2009 and based in Arlington, TX, is dedicated to providing high-quality patient-centered care to the community. We are currently seeking a full-time Medical Sales Representative for our Weatherford, Texas territory and surrounding areas. This outside sales position is crucial for building relationships with existing and potential medical providers to generate referrals for our home health services. Our team is composed of compassionate and competent individuals who are committed to making a difference in the lives of seniors and their families. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing a strategic sales and marketing plan that aligns with the company's overall business objectives. You will engage with the community, promote our services, and ensure compliance with all regulatory agencies and company policies. The ideal candidate will have a high energy drive, excellent presentation skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You will also need to maintain a daily/weekly sales calendar and actively participate in community activities to enhance our visibility and outreach. Responsibilities

  • Ensures compliance with all regulatory agencies and company policies.
  • Has clear knowledge & understanding of all clinical programs offered and demonstrates the ability to transfer that knowledge to potential referral sources.
  • Assists office in obtaining physician orders.
  • Promotes the agency through positive representation and communication of services offered throughout assigned territory.
  • Implements the sales/marketing plan that will meet or exceed the company's overall business plan, census goals and financial objectives.
  • Maintains daily/weekly sales calendar in Playmaker and shares it with sales director and executive director to strategize market penetration and growth.
  • Actively participates in community activities.

Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent with two years of sales experience.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision with a self-directed and strategic approach to your territory.
  • Knowledge of principles and processes for marketing, sales and business development.
  • Excellent presentation and relationship building skills.
  • Proficient in computer skills and organizational abilities.
  • A valid TX state issued Driver's License, insurance and reliable transportation.

Nice-to-haves
