In this role, you will be responsible for making sales calls to a diverse range of prospects within the medical industry, including physicians' offices, hospitals, and nursing homes. You will be expected to conduct sales calls to obtain new referral sources, which may occasionally involve visiting patients in their homes. This position requires you to travel throughout your assigned territory to engage with both regular and prospective customers. You will present educational materials to referral sources and demonstrate product knowledge using samples or brochures. Additionally, you will assist patients in identifying the equipment that best meets their individual needs and act as a liaison between the company, patients, referral sources, and insurance companies. We offer competitive compensation, with first-year representatives earning between $65,000 and $80,000, and second-year representatives potentially earning over $95,000, with uncapped commissions. Top performers can earn upwards of $150,000 annually. Commissions are paid monthly, providing a lucrative opportunity for driven sales professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct sales calls to obtain new referral sources, occasionally in patient homes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 2 years of successful B2B sales experience
  • Driver's License
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to develop relationships
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, be detail-oriented, and organized.
