About the position

In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our medical products to healthcare professionals, ensuring that they are well-informed about the benefits and features of our offerings. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, a background in medical or pharmaceutical sales, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and office staff.
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our medical products.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure sales agreements.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials and campaigns.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and product inventory.
• Attend industry conferences and trade shows to network and promote our products.

Requirements

• Proven experience in medical sales or pharmaceutical sales is preferred.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze data and market trends effectively.
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
• Proficiency in conducting product demos and presentations.
• A degree in a relevant field is an advantage but not mandatory.
