About the position

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Medical Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our medical products to healthcare professionals, ensuring that they are well-informed about the benefits and features of our offerings. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, a background in medical or pharmaceutical sales, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and office staff.
  • Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our medical products.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure sales agreements.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and product inventory.
  • Attend industry conferences and trade shows to network and promote our products.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in medical sales or pharmaceutical sales is preferred.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends effectively.
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
  • Proficiency in conducting product demos and presentations.
  • A degree in a relevant field is an advantage but not mandatory.
