Responsibilities
- Schedule patient appointments and ensure prior authorizations are confirmed.
- Assess available appointment times, equipment, and staff availability.
- Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts as needed.
- Prepare appointment and infusion schedules for supervisor's review.
- Distribute daily schedules to relevant staff.
Requirements
- Experience in scheduling patient appointments in a healthcare setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- Experience with EMR scheduling software is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
