At Eisai, we are dedicated to addressing unmet medical needs and enhancing the healthcare experience for patients, their families, and caregivers through our human health care (hhc) mission. As a growing pharmaceutical company, we are making significant strides in neurology and oncology, with a strong focus on research and development. Our legacy includes the development of groundbreaking medicines, particularly the discovery of the world's most widely-used treatment for Alzheimer's disease. As we continue to expand, we are looking for highly motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to make a meaningful impact. If this resonates with you, we invite you to apply. The Medical Science Liaison (MSL or Sr. MSL) serves as a field-facing representative of US Medical Affairs, primarily responsible for engaging in the exchange of scientific data and medical information with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals (HCPs), researchers, pharmacists, and decision-makers in areas pertinent to Eisai's interests. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of Alzheimer's disease (AD), including the associated needs, issues, and priorities that align with Eisai's strategic medical plan. MSLs will undergo training and certification on AD and Eisai's dementia pipeline data to address educational gaps with KOLs and HCPs, while also gathering medical insights to refine our medical strategy and address unmet educational needs for AD HCPs. Additionally, MSLs will take on special internal and external projects as they arise. The impact of an MSL on the organization is significant: they will communicate key information about Eisai and its hhc mission, provide essential scientific and clinical information about Eisai's products and pipeline, and serve as a bridge for communication between Eisai Research and the medical community regarding future research ideas. MSLs are expected to demonstrate leadership, teamwork, and participation in strategic thinking and special projects, contributing to the corporate value of the organization.
