About the position

As a PA/NP at Carolina Pines Regional Medical Center, you will play a vital role in delivering advanced aesthetic treatments, with a focus on cosmetic injections including Botox, dermal fillers, and other injectable therapies. You will work closely with our medical team to provide high-quality, individualized care to our clients, ensuring their safety and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive consultations with clients to assess their aesthetic goals, evaluate their suitability for injectable treatments, and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Administer cosmetic injections such as Botox, dermal fillers, and other injectables with precision and expertise. Ensure that all procedures are performed safely and effectively.
• Monitor and manage post-procedure care, address any client concerns, and provide follow-up care as needed. Educate clients on aftercare instructions and expected outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client consultations, treatment plans, and procedure outcomes. Ensure all documentation complies with medical and regulatory standards.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and medical standards. Ensure that all procedures are performed in compliance with state regulations and best practices.
• Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including medical directors and estheticians, to ensure coordinated and comprehensive client care.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in aesthetic treatments, injectables, and industry trends through ongoing education and professional development.
• Foster positive relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns or questions with professionalism and empathy.

Requirements

• Current and valid Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in South Carolina.
• Certification in Advanced Injectable Techniques and other relevant aesthetic training is preferred.
• Minimum of three years of experience in a clinical setting with a strong focus on cosmetic injections and aesthetic procedures.
• Proven experience in administering Botox, dermal fillers, and other injectables.
• Exceptional skills in aesthetic injection techniques, with a keen eye for detail and artistry.
• Strong understanding of facial anatomy and injection safety.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and provide outstanding customer service.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and adherence to ethical standards in all aspects of client care and practice.
