About the position

Aislinn Medical Spa is seeking a dedicated Medical Spa Receptionist to join our team in Gretna, NE. We pride ourselves on delivering outstanding customer service and creating a welcoming environment for our clients. As a rapidly growing clinic that opened in February 2020, we specialize in a variety of aesthetic and laser services, including massage therapy, body wraps, facials, teeth whitening, and permanent makeup. The ideal candidate will be passionate about aesthetics and committed to providing an exceptional spa experience. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, responsible for welcoming patients into the clinic and ensuring their experience is stellar from start to finish. You will handle various administrative tasks, including preparing charts for daily appointments, collecting payments, and maintaining accurate client data within our electronic software. Additionally, you will recommend services and products to clients, make outbound calls to schedule return visits, and assist our providers as needed throughout the day. This position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities, with hours from 8 am to 6 pm Monday through Thursday, 8 am to 4 pm on Fridays, and 9 am to 3 pm on rotating Saturdays. We are looking for someone who can effectively multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and communicate well with both clients and team members.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients into the clinic and ensure a positive first impression.
• Discharge patients and collect payment for services rendered.
• Prepare charts for daily appointments to ensure smooth operations.
• Recommend services and products to clients based on their needs.
• Make outbound calls to proactively schedule return visits for clients.
• Maintain accurate and updated client data within electronic software.
• Walk patients to exam rooms and assist providers as needed throughout the day.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• 1 year of experience in a medical aesthetic or medical spa setting preferred.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks throughout the scheduled shift.

Nice-to-haves

• Receptionist or hospitality experience preferred.
• Sales experience in a relevant field preferred.
