About the position

The Medical Spa Sales and Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily sales and operations of a medical spa and wellness center. This role involves managing inventory, addressing customer complaints, facilitating team meetings, and ensuring the success of sales and customer experiences. The ideal candidate is a proven sales performer with a strong background in consultative sales, particularly in the medical spa industry, and possesses leadership qualities to train and motivate staff.

Responsibilities

  • Perform consultations and close sales on new clients and upsell current clients
  • Meet and exceed aggressive monthly sales goals
  • Train, coach, and help technicians achieve sales goals
  • Manage the staff at the spa
  • Ensure associates utilize proper checkout processes
  • Communicate, implement, enforce, and comply with all policies and procedures
  • Manage individuals in meeting performance objectives, sales, and development goals
  • Handle conflict management and escalated client issues
  • Manage scheduling and coverage of the clinic
  • Audit clinic daily for cleanliness and maintenance issues
  • Exhibit professionalism and behaviors reflective of a leader
  • Contribute to building positive team morale and recognize accomplishments

Requirements

  • 2+ years of consultative (face to face) sales experience in the medical spa industry
  • 2+ years of management experience overseeing staff and meeting/exceeding goals
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business

Nice-to-haves

  • Aesthetician License
