The Medical Technologist is expected to perform standard laboratory procedures with a high degree of independent judgment and responsibility, ensuring high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostic laboratory tests to detect and analyze diseases and medical conditions.
• Utilize microscopes, chemicals, precision tools, analyzers, and computer equipment for testing.
• Perform standard laboratory procedures with independent judgment and responsibility.
• Provide detailed information about patients' conditions to doctors and patients.
• Ensure high-quality patient care throughout the testing process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or a related field.
• Certification as a Medical Technologist (MT) or equivalent.
• Experience in a clinical laboratory setting is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
