About the position
Saratoga Medical is hiring a Medical Technologist in Jackson, MS. This is a great contract opportunity with a variety of work schedules available. Requirements
- Hold a current Medical Technologist/Clinical Laboratory Scientist license, with proof required before in-processing and at renewal dates.
- Be proficient in required skills, including fluency in English (speaking, reading, writing).
- Complete VA Information Security, VHA Privacy Policy, and Rules of Behavior training before starting work, and annually thereafter.
- Complete additional training (e.g., patient safety, infection control) within 30 days of reporting and annually thereafter.
- Complete self-study training on bloodborne pathogens, maintain vaccination records, and follow exposure protocols.
