The Medical Writing Content Developer Manager will play a crucial role in the biopharma sector, focusing on the development and execution of strategic medical publication plans. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic medical publication plans, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders for timely delivery of medical publications, including posters, abstracts, and figure development.
• Ensure all publications meet ethical standards and comply with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Stay updated with trends in the biopharma industry and incorporate them into medical publication plans.
• Foster relationships with key opinion leaders, authors, and publishers in the scientific industry.
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure quality standards are met.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in medical publications in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
• Strong experience in graphic design.
• Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong project management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High ethical standards with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and publication management tools.
