Requirements

• Valid Life, Health & Accident Agent License required.
• 3+ years of Medicare experience in a client-facing role.
• Proficiency with Medicare planning and reporting software.
• Advanced computer and overall technology skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts simply.
• Demonstrate ability to maintain effective working relationships with clients.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client relationships and prioritize effectively.
• Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong networking abilities to cultivate and expand client relationships.
