Requirements

• Active Health Insurance license or ability to obtain one.
• Prior experience using multiple applications/software and multiple screens simultaneously.
• Valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance with specified limits.
• Residence in Madison, Limestone, or Morgan County, AL.
