Responsibilities

• Assist individuals in identifying the best health insurance products to meet their needs.
• Provide a consultative sales experience and create tailored solutions.
• Ensure a smooth sales process while achieving sales and marketing goals.
• Present and explain recommended product solutions, including benefits and features.
• Generate customer sales through referrals, community events, and lead resources.
• Identify and cross-sell prospects on various product offerings.
• Deliver a knowledgeable, positive, and professional customer experience.
• Help customers select appropriate health solutions by overcoming buying obstacles.
• Drive growth by exceeding sales goals and objectives.
• Resolve customer issues on first contact and follow compliant sales scripts.

Requirements

• Active resident health insurance license in the state of residence.
• Successful completion of assigned product training and certification with multiple insurance carriers.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-directed and goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales success.

Nice-to-haves

• Medicare industry experience.
• 1 year of sales experience (preferred).
• 1 year of Medicare experience (preferred).
• Life and Health Insurance License (preferred).
