About The Position
This position is responsible for collection of the current home medication list of patients admitted to Blessing Hospital. This list of medications would include prescription medications and nonprescription (over the counter) medications currently administered to the patient in the non-hospital setting. The Data Clerk will document the list of current medications and work with the pharmacist to complete an initial review.
