The Certified Medication Technician (CMT) or Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) position at Priority Life Care involves providing high-quality care to residents in a senior living environment. Responsibilities
- Provide top-notch care to residents and administer medications.
- Monitor residents for any reactions to medications.
- Follow procedures as outlined by state and federal regulations.
- Document vital signs, medication administration, and resident behaviors associated with medication administration.
- Prepare verbal and written reports related to medication administration.
- Report any issues or problems to the direct supervisor.
- Promote and exemplify the Priority Life Care mission and values.
Requirements
- Valid Certified Medication Technician certification or Qualified Medication Aide certification required.
- CPR and First Aid Certification required.
- Medication dispersement certification for the given state required.
- 1+ years of experience in long-term care, home health, or related service industries.
- Weekend and holiday availability required.
