Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch care to residents and administer medications.
• Monitor residents for any reactions to medications.
• Follow procedures as outlined by state and federal regulations.
• Document vital signs, medication administration, and resident behaviors associated with medication administration.
• Prepare verbal and written reports related to medication administration.
• Report any issues or problems to the direct supervisor.
• Promote and exemplify the Priority Life Care mission and values.

Requirements

• Valid Certified Medication Technician certification or Qualified Medication Aide certification required.
• 1+ years of experience in long-term care, home health, or related service industries.
• CPR and First Aid Certification required.
• Medication dispersement certification for the given state required.
