About The Position
The Medication Technician/Medication Passer plays a crucial role in ensuring the safe and secure delivery of medications in a senior living community. This position involves leading and supporting Care Partners, guiding medication administration, and maintaining compliance with health regulations. The Medication Technician is also responsible for training new staff and fostering a collaborative environment focused on the well-being of residents.
