Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their needs, recommend treatments, and close sales.
• Greet clients, manage check-ins and check-outs, handle phone calls, and ensure a welcoming and professional environment.
• Efficiently schedule and manage appointments, ensuring optimal use of time and resources.
• Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate patient information and follow-up details.
• Proactively reach out to potential clients to introduce our services and schedule consultations.
• Perform various administrative tasks, including managing patient files, handling payments, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a medical spa or a similar setting.
• Demonstrated success in a sales role, with a strong ability to close sales and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on providing exceptional patient care.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in using CRM software, scheduling systems, and other administrative tools.
• A high level of professionalism and confidentiality in handling patient information.
