Responsibilities

• Provide care to residents in accordance with their individual care plans.
• Administer medications and assist with medical procedures as needed.

• Assist residents with daily living activities and personal care.

Requirements

• Valid Arizona State Caregiver Certificate.
• CPR Certification.
• AED Certification.
• Experience with catheter care.
