About the position

As a Meeting & Events Planner at Restaurant Associates, you will play a crucial role in the planning, coordination, and execution of various activities and special events. This position is integral to ensuring that events run smoothly and meet the high standards expected by our clients. You will manage the activation events calendar, oversee Eventbrite listings, and assist in the creation and online dissemination of the RA Cookbook. Your efforts will directly contribute to promoting employee engagement and satisfaction by developing and executing unique employee events and experiences that enhance overall well-being. In this role, you will be responsible for creating reservations within the EMS Reservation System for activities in the amenity spaces and the Cooking School, ensuring proper coding is applied. You will serve as the primary point of contact for hosts during meetings, coordinating with the audiovisual team to address any ad hoc AV support requests from meeting participants. Additionally, you will oversee the amenity spaces at designated UBS sites, performing regular walkthroughs to ensure that furniture is presentable and that there are no outdated signs. You will report any maintenance faults or cleaning requests to the appropriate personnel and escalate issues to the General Manager when necessary.
