Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to customers in person and over the phone.
• Prepare, package, and merchandise fresh products daily.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of display cases and equipment.
• Comply with H-E-B food safety and sanitation standards.
• Effectively merchandise products and utilize suggestive selling techniques to boost sales.
• Assist in various department-specific tasks such as cutting meat, preparing seafood, and designing floral arrangements.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Completion of Company Orientation and Safety Training.
