About The Position

The Member Concierge is focused on building our community and supporting our members ability to thrive with all Root has to offer. Key responsibilities are to develop and execute community marketing strategies that increase traffic and drive membership acquisition at our flagship location. This role also executes organized outreach campaigns that optimize the schedule and capacity. This position is all about customer and member engagement and may include neighborhood partnerships and events, supporting our Community Marketing Manager and corporate sales initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3-5 Years proven experience in member management, retention, or a similar role within a high-touch retail or hospitality brand, or the health and wellness industry.
• Strong understanding or interest in holistic health practices and a genuine passion for promoting wellness.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect and engage with diverse audiences.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills, written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Execute marketing and outreach strategies that drive membership acquisition at our flagship location.
• Cultivate and nurture relationships with first time visitors, customers, members and neighborhood businesses.
• With our marketing team, develop compelling campaigns and content for social media platforms, blogs, and newsletters that resonates with our target audience.
• Coordinate our Whole Body Health Assessment program.
• Identify and execute partnership opportunities with like-minded organizations, businesses, and influencers to expand reach and impact.
