About the position

The Member Development Manager (Inside Sales Account Representative) at OMNIA Partners is an entry-level position focused on driving revenue growth within a designated territory of public sector agencies. The role involves making outbound calls, conducting virtual meetings, and leveraging supplier partnerships to meet the procurement needs of OMNIA Partners members. The ideal candidate will excel in building relationships, managing multiple tasks, and providing tailored solutions to enhance sales performance.

Responsibilities

  • Connect OMNIA Partners members with key supplier partners to aid in their procurement needs.
  • Build relationships, explore needs, and uncover opportunities with customers and supplier partners in an assigned territory.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings with customers via phone and email with OMNIA Partners members.
  • Meet and exceed weekly metrics to grow revenue in an assigned territory, including outbound calls, virtual meetings, emails, and supplier trainings.
  • Execute on strategic initiatives and sales tools to help lead your team to success.
  • Conduct continuous market research and maintain an understanding of your assigned territory.
  • Utilize a CRM and other data tools to manage an opportunity pipeline.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (emphasis in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Communications or Public Relations)
  • Prior Sales experience
  • Prior Salesforce or CRM experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other web-based programs
  • Excellent written and verbal presentation/communication skills
  • Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a positive experience
  • Self-starter who can work both independently and in a group
  • Problem solver with a results-oriented mindset
  • Takes initiative and anticipates needs of members
  • Comfortable communicating with people at all levels within an organization
  • Continual learner who is flexible with a changing environment
  • Team player with ability to work with cross-functional teams in a matrix selling environment

Nice-to-haves
