About the position

The Member Experience Product Support Lead (Lead Analyst) at Express Scripts is responsible for managing cross-functional strategic projects and programs that impact pharmacy benefit management (PBM) strategy. This role involves taking products and programs from ideation to execution, collaborating with various partners, and ensuring successful implementation of initiatives. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong project management skills, effective communication, and the ability to solve complex problems in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage cross-functional strategic projects and programs, analyzing data to provide content for strategic directions.
  • Create new solutions and pilot creatives/marketing materials for clients/members.
  • Partner with internal and external partners for successful execution of larger cross-functional projects.
  • Define project scope, deliverables, milestones, timelines, and work plans.
  • Plan for and integrate multiple tasks concurrently while working independently with minimal direction.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners on marketing/creatives for product/initiative launch.
  • Manage tight deadlines for multiple competing priorities and converge opinions to solutions in a timely manner.
  • Analyze complex situations and transform issues into options, driving to appropriate conclusions.
  • Collaborate with other product owners to analyze and synthesize data for presentation decks.
  • Provide project management for strategic and tactical projects at the site level.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external individuals at all levels of management, including executive level reporting.
  • Work with stakeholders to define and document current and future state processes, as well as data to drive improvements.
  • Lead through change and ambiguous situations with confidence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with emphasis in marketing, project management, or relevant field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and juggle multiple priorities.
  • Ability to understand and grasp marketing strategy and leverage data to inform recommendations.
  • Health care industry experience.
  • Excellent relationship building and cross-functional skills.
