Responsibilities

• Maintain safety of the facility by conducting safety sweeps and following company policies.
• Provide member service by acknowledging needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, and resolving issues.
• Promote company products and services while guiding members on self-service technology.
• Process member purchases and assist with payments according to company policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area and merchandise zoning.
• Collaborate with managers and co-workers to complete work assignments and priorities.

Requirements

• Customer service experience
• Retail experience including operating front end equipment (e.g., cash register)
• Ability to stand for long periods while assisting members
• Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving skills to tackle obstacles effectively.
