About the position

The Member & Guest Services Associate at the Christian Family Centre plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while promoting the Centre's programs and services. This part-time position focuses on building relationships with members and guests, assisting the sales team in achieving sales goals, and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of every program, service, or event happening within The Centre
• Develop and nurture relationships with existing and new customers to enhance service delivery
• Assist the sales team to meet or exceed sales goals
• Protect database integrity
• Provide an exceptional customer service experience by maintaining a positive and encouraging attitude in all interactions
• Master and effectively communicate information about The Centre's programs, services, and events to enhance the customer experience
• Conduct sales presentations and tours for prospective members to promote membership benefits and facilities
• Complete general clerical duties such as filing, typing, and reporting
• Assist Sales & Service Manager with any delegated responsibilities
• Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned
