The Member of Technical Staff - Business Intelligence Developer role focuses on advancing artificial intelligence capabilities within the organization. The position involves building secure and performant AI platform services that power the Copilot product, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the development of innovative AI solutions. Responsibilities

• Build secure and performant AI Platform services that power Copilot.
• Work collaboratively with other platform, infrastructure, application engineers, and AI researchers to build next-generation AI products and services.
• Ship high-quality, well-tested, secure, and maintainable code.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics or related field AND 4+ years of experience in data analysis and reporting, data science, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis OR Master's Degree in a related field AND 2+ years of experience OR equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience building scalable services on top of public cloud infrastructure like Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Extensive use of data stores like RDBMS, key-value stores, etc.
• 2+ years of experience developing dashboards, business intelligence reports, and data analytic systems, as well as managing proactive alerts and monitoring critical business KPIs at scale.

Nice-to-haves

• Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics or related field AND 7+ years of experience in data analysis and reporting, data science, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis OR Master's Degree in a related field AND 5+ years of experience OR equivalent experience.
• Experience working with AI platforms, frameworks, and APIs, including using, deploying, and scaling Machine Learning frameworks and language learning models.
• Dedication to writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code with a focus on application quality, performance, and security.
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers.
• Ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Passion for learning new technologies and staying up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in web development and AI.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing requirements and deadlines.
