About the position

As a Product Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in advancing our mission to push the boundaries of artificial intelligence. You will be responsible for coordinating compliance with responsible AI and regulatory governance processes for consumer Copilot. This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to evaluate and improve the safety of new model candidates, ensuring that our products are not only innovative but also safe and compliant. You will engage with customers to understand their needs and market opportunities, helping to shape the future of AI products that are accessible to all.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer and market signals to identify unmet needs and market opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Technical Safety team to build metrics and improve the safety of new model candidates.
• Engage with customers through direct interactions to gather feedback and understand their experiences.
• Conduct market and user research in collaboration with the User Research team and perform competitive analysis.
• Define and influence the long-term vision and strategy for product features based on customer needs and market research.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on customer requirements and product strategy.
• Own the roadmap for multiple feature areas and prioritize the backlog accordingly.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing to develop go-to-market strategies and customer support plans.
• Monitor product performance metrics and derive insights to drive improvements in product development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years of experience in product/service/project/program management or software development.
• Equivalent experience may be considered.

Nice-to-haves

• Bachelor's Degree AND 7+ years of experience in product/service/project/program management or software development.
• Experience in AI or machine learning products.
