Goldenwest Credit Union is seeking a dedicated Member Onboarding Specialist to join our team in Washington Terrace, UT. As a part-time position, this role is crucial in providing exceptional service to our members and prospective members. The Member Onboarding Specialist will be responsible for cultivating long-term relationships with members, ensuring they receive the best possible service and support. This position requires a friendly and energetic attitude, as well as a commitment to helping others. The ideal candidate will be proactive in recognizing member needs and will have the ability to cross-sell products and services effectively. In this role, you will engage with members primarily through phone and email communications, providing them with information about our credit union services that can save them time and money. You will be responsible for opening new accounts, loans, and other services, ensuring that all member interactions are compliant with regulations. Additionally, you will participate in ongoing education to enhance your skills and knowledge related to the credit union industry. This position offers a flexible schedule, allowing you to work 25 hours per week, primarily Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
