About the position

The Member Operations Support Coordinator plays a crucial role within the MOS Process Support Department at Credit Human. This position is primarily accountable for providing direct service to the Member Operations Support (MOS) Senior Manager, their direct reports, and other Senior Managers and leadership teams, as outlined in established Service Level Agreements. The Coordinator will also be responsible for offering operational and project support for various initiatives within the MOS division. In this role, the Coordinator will handle a diverse range of administrative, support, and reporting duties aimed at serving division management, internal stakeholders, and external third parties. The objective is to proactively address the needs of specific situations or individuals, ensuring that both the immediate and underlying complexities are effectively managed. The Coordinator must possess an inquisitive nature and the ability to work independently, as these traits are essential for success in this position. Key responsibilities include evaluating the needs of service receivers using analytical skills and a comprehensive understanding of business concepts. The Coordinator will take the initiative to gather appropriate resources to address issues, anticipate potential problems that may affect Senior Manager support, and coordinate solutions by assessing risk, importance, urgency, and potential business implications. Additionally, the Coordinator will assist in budget preparation, expense analysis, and research, coordinate and schedule meetings, and ensure the successful setup of division-sponsored conferences and events. Staying informed about organizational changes and their impact on administrative operational processes is also a critical aspect of this role.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct service to the MOS Senior Manager and other leadership teams as per Service Level Agreements.
  • Offer operational and project support for MOS division initiatives.
  • Evaluate the needs of service receivers and take initiative to provide appropriate support.
  • Anticipate potential problems impacting Senior Manager support and coordinate solutions.
  • Assist with budget preparation, expense analysis, and research.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings for Managers and other service receivers.
  • Ensure successful setup and provision for division-sponsored conferences and events.
  • Stay informed about organizational changes and their impact on administrative processes.

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience supporting senior and mid-level management.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice-to-haves

  • Financial services industry experience.
  • Completion of at least 2 years of college-level coursework.
  • Working knowledge of Smartsheet.
