About the position
The Member Relationship Consultant at Corning Federal Credit Union is responsible for developing strong, lasting relationships with members while providing comprehensive financial services. This role emphasizes exceptional customer service, effective sales skills, and teamwork to meet the diverse needs of members in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop strong, lasting member relationships through effective sales and service.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products and services to educate members.
- Assist members with completing membership and visa loan requests.
- Perform various teller functions with solid cash handling skills.
- Take on additional projects or duties as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred; high school diploma or GED required.
- 1-3 years of sales or relationship building experience required.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Nice-to-haves
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
