Responsibilities

• Perform fundamental customer interactions that include member services and product sales.
• Promote AAA products and services to achieve individual and branch goals.
• Understand and anticipate member needs, identifying and recommending relevant solutions.
• Demonstrate professional and friendly customer service, providing problem-solving resolutions.
• Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and branch operations.
• Engage in daily activities to meet larger organizational goals.
• Utilize multiple computer systems and applications proficiently.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• 1-3 years of work experience in sales or customer service-focused positions.
• Strong knowledge of AAA products, services, and operations.
• Ability to communicate effectively and engage with members.
