About The Position

The Member Service Advisor II at Bellco Credit Union is responsible for processing a variety of financial transactions and providing exceptional member services in both lobby and drive-up settings. This role requires maintaining a thorough knowledge of all Credit Union products and services, evaluating sales opportunities, and establishing new accounts for members. The advisor plays a crucial role in enhancing member relationships and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of cash handling experience.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred.
• Ability to interact positively with others in person, by email, and by phone.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to perform all teller duties with high balancing efficiency (85% or higher).
• Ability to accurately enter data and update member financial records.
• Ability to identify needs and sell appropriate products and services.
• Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Bellco or in financial services preferred.
