About The Position

The Member Service Advisor III at Bellco Credit Union is responsible for processing a variety of financial transactions and providing exceptional member services in both lobby and drive-up settings. This role requires maintaining a thorough knowledge of all Credit Union products and services, evaluating sales opportunities, and establishing new accounts for members. The advisor will also support loan applications and closings, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and compliance with regulations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of sales experience.
• Three years of customer service experience.
• Lending experience preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to perform teller duties with high balancing efficiency (85% or higher).
• Ability to accurately enter data and update member financial records.
• Ability to identify needs and sell appropriate products and services.
• Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred.

• Conduct loan closings and disbursements according to established procedures.
• Perform non-lending service transactions and account maintenance tasks.
