About the position

The Member Services Associate at Vail Resorts serves as the primary point of contact for members utilizing the My Epic Gear program. This role emphasizes exceptional guest service, organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Associates will assist members with gear pick-up, swaps, inquiries, and membership purchases, ensuring a positive experience at the resort.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to our members at our member services locations
• Preparing and setting up the gear for upcoming My Epic Gear reservations
• Conduct transactions at front of house POS using various software programs
• Responsible for general cleanliness and organization of member facing areas
• Assist with inventory control with My Epic Gear and Retail product
• Communicate member requests with other departments as needed
• Assist in movement of gear to and from member services to slopeside locations and tune shops
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Keen to learn new skills, open-minded, and can adapt to changing situations
• Must have excellent oral and written communication, organization skills, and administration abilities
• Willingness and ability to stand for 8 hours
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule; weekends and holidays required
