Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome members and visitors to the credit union, providing courteous and professional service.
• Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Provide account information and assist members with inquiries about credit union products and services.
• Open new accounts for members and resolve any issues they may have.
• Process member mail and night drop transactions.
• Assist in collecting and recording necessary documentation for loans.
• Maintain and follow up on insurance paperwork for existing and new loans.
• Outreach to new members financing indirect loans to encourage automatic payments.
• Assist members with the loan application process to ensure completeness of information.
• Maintain a filing system to monitor documentation requirements according to policy.
