About The Position

The Member Service Representative at Ent Credit Union is responsible for providing exceptional member service to enhance member satisfaction and retention. Requirements

• High School Diploma/G.E.D. or Equivalent.
• 6+ months of customer service and cash handling experience required.
• Sales experience preferred.
• 1+ years' customer service, sales, or related experience required for Senior position.
• 1+ years' financial institution experience required for Senior position.
• 6+ months of cash handling required for Senior position.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in transactions.
• Professional and courteous communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in member relationship management or customer service training.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Outlook and web-based transactional systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality member service through accurate and professional face-to-face transactions.
• Create new member accounts and maintain account files and card files.
• Maintain a strong knowledge of products and services available to members and provide referrals.
• Comply with safety and service standards defined in the Credit Union's Policies and Procedures documents.
• Adhere to financial regulations including BSA and CFPB.
• Meet job training requirements and maintain a cash drawer following defined procedures.
