The Member Service Representative serves as the primary point of contact for Four County members, addressing their requests and concerns through phone and in-person interactions. This role is essential in ensuring member satisfaction by facilitating payments, resolving service issues, and promoting the cooperative's products and services. The representative is responsible for maintaining accurate records, managing communications, and supporting operational tasks to enhance service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Four County members, enhancing engagement through effective communication and organizing events.
• Manage member communications with empathy and a professional tone, ensuring inquiries and issues are addressed promptly.
• Oversee essential operational tasks related to member services, focusing on efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery.
• Maintain meticulous records and documentation for Four County member accounts and transactions, ensuring organization and compliance.
• Promote Four County's range of products and services, ensuring members are well-informed about their options.

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Two years' work experience in a clerical field with public contact duties.
• Payment collection and computer input skills desirable.
• Ability to operate a telephone and two-way radio.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with members and the public.
• Ability to perform mathematical computations for accounting purposes.
