The Member Services Associate at Tiburon Peninsula Club plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to members and guests. This part-time position involves managing reservations, welcoming members, and assisting with various administrative tasks, all while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor. The role is integral to ensuring a positive experience for club members and supports the overall mission of the club as a premier social and athletic facility.

Responsibilities

• Managing online, phone, and in-person reservations
• Welcoming members and their guests at check-in at either the Front Desk or Lower Court Desk
• Staying informed on changing Club policies and communicating information to members
• Answering questions and addressing concerns in a polite, friendly manner
• Performing light billing including charging for drinks and snacks
• Assisting members with registration/enrollment in Club events/programs
• Following illness guidelines
• Assisting with other general and administrative projects when needed
• Participating as a member of the TPC team which includes attending monthly staff meetings

Requirements

• One year of customer service experience required
• Ability to multi-task and tend to a variety of tasks when busy
• Weekday mid day, evening, and/or weekend availability preferred
• High level of responsibility and accountability
• Strong communication skills
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds as needed
• Upbeat, polite, and friendly personality
• Ability to pass a background check if required
