About the position
The Member Services Associate at GreaterGoods is a part-time role focused on providing exceptional customer service and support to nonprofit members. This position involves engaging with members, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage with members, providing exceptional customer service.
- Process transactions efficiently using the Clover point of sale system.
- Assist members in finding products and answering their questions.
- Stay informed about promotions, administrative fees, and product details.
- Help with stocking and rotating products.
- Unload, test, and sort donated items.
- Perform cleaning tasks to maintain a safe and sanitary environment.
- Responsible for other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma and/or state education requirements preferred.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
